Program Description | The MBA specialization in Business Administration offers students the opportunity to gain expertise in a range of business areas and to apply modern management methods in order to enhance business strategy development processes in commercial and non-profit organizations with diverse ownership structures, as well as large, medium and small business organizations. Furthermore, students of the MBA program will gain the skills to address complex issues such as increasing the investment attractiveness of enterprises, regulating management relations, implementing effective organizational policies for enterprises and organizations, and managing innovative processes. Further optimization of the management system of the above-mentioned areas of professional activity in creating their own business, as well as in existing business processes, is made possible by extensive use of advanced methods and business strategy. Effective development of economic, financial and personnel strategies in business case and important decision-making conditions is also facilitated. Furthermore, MBA students will gain insight into the process of formulating business strategies, the underlying economic and organizational principles, and analytical techniques for evaluating enterprise activity. They will also learn about strategy development models that can be used to enhance the competitiveness of any company, ensuring its continued success. |
Program Content | The program will provide students with a solid foundation in fundamental concepts, knowledge and skills through a combination of high-quality lectures, seminars, tutorials, case study sessions, design classes and hands-on workshops. In addition to exam-based testing, students will be evaluated continually through reports, computer exercises, HomeWorks, project work.
